General Establishment
The following responsibilities are entrusted to this department:-
• Preparation of the salary bill of Permanent, Casual and Contractual staffs.
• Maintenance of pension/family pension files of retired/deceased employees.
• Maintenance and updating of service book of staffs.
• Maintenance of provident fund ledger.
• Maintenance of Leave records of all ULB staffs.
• Delivery of notices, circulars, office orders and other relevant documents.
• Correspondence with the government offices like M.A Deptt; DLB Office etc.
